On-Site Service Coast to Coast
Service is in our name.
Quality is in our products and services.
For customers having sites where adsorber replacement is not an option, Service Tech can provide a crew of trained field service technicians. Technicians work in alliance with your environmental consultants, project managers or plant engineer to provide safe and efficient on-site carbon replacement. Each member of the Service Tech field service team receives extensive training including 40-hour OSHA training, lock out/tag out, confined space entry as well as training related to the hazards of handling spent carbons. Our field service technicians also have backgrounds in pipefitting, carpentry and general mechanical capabilities. Jobs may range in size from replacing 55-gallon drum adsorbers or vacuuming of small tank adsorbers to mid-size solvent recovery units up to millions of pounds as found at some municipal water treatment facilities.
Whatever the size of the carbon replacement, allow Service Tech to provide you with the safest, most efficient on-site service.
For our prospective and current clients, Service Tech now offers on-site steam regeneration services to rejuvenate your vapor phase adsorbers. The vapor phase carbon is steamed in the existing Service Tech SR series regenerable adsorber. The steam is then condensed, the LNAPL/DNAPL is separated from the condensate water and the recovered product is left on site in a 55-gallon drum. This proved a more cost-effective method over changeout when “breakthrough” occurs more frequently.
